So, you really hit it off with that beautiful girl from last night’s party. She gave you her number, and you called the next day to ask her out on a date. The two of you had a nice day hiking together, good food, and great conversation. You both felt that ooh la la tingle and spark when she playfully shoved you after you cracked some goofy joke. Things progressively continued throughout the rest of the date, and the two of you ended up at her place. However, before you start a post-July 4th fireworks celebration, remember to take the time and show both of yourselves some respect by practicing safe sex. Have an adult conversation and talk about the last time you were both tested for STD’s/ STI’s, if you both have a clear bill of health, and please wrap it up. That means take some responsibility and always carry and use condoms. Safe sex is fun sex.
